S.W.A.N (Shadow Work & Accountability Neo) Workshop is a weekly workshop where participants are guided and supported through the shadow work process. My focus is to provide a safe and supportive environment for optimal self-reflection and healing. This workshop is a shortened version of the Bootcamp.
