Rooted & Elevated is a hands-on, spiritually grounded course designed to reconnect you with spirit plants as a sacred plant ally. Combining ancestral wisdom, cannabis science, and cooking techniques, this series empowers you to create a variety of spiritually infused edibles and tinctures that nourish the body, elevate the mind, and deepen your soul connection to the plant. Each week includes both lecture and live labs with practical recipes, spiritual insights, handouts/guides, and essential techniques. Class is on Fridays and Labs are Saturdays. Course syllabus, materials list, handbook/guide will be emailed 1 week prior to class start date.
